To complete your return just send us your purchase order number, email receipt or something that tells us you purchased your product from us!
Your experience is of the utmost importance to us! If you notice any damage to the product upon shipping, please return promptly within the 30 days for refund or replacement of your product. Once we receive your product we will let you know what's up asap.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take 5-7 business days before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please drop us a line!
When returning your product please contact our support team and we will happily provide you with an address to our facility that handles returns/exchanges.
You will be responsible for shipping costs on returned items (unless they were defective or damaged by us). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We ask that you always use a tracking number to so you have access to where your package is. Addresses that were incorrectly written or shipped unfortunately we can't cover you for but will do whatever we can to make the situation better. Please correctly input your shipping address when making an order or returning.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
